We'll respond within 12–24 hours. No payment is taken until your order is confirmed.

  • Order Timeframes

    Last-minute orders may be accepted with a minimum of 48 hours' notice, subject to availability and scheduling capacity.

    To avoid disappointment, I recommend placing your order 3–4 weeks in advance. For larger, custom, or peak-season orders, even longer notice is encouraged to ensure availability and allow adequate time for planning and preparation.

    While I will always do my best to accommodate short-notice requests, availability cannot be guaranteed.

  • Yes — delivery is available across the greater Adelaide metropolitan area. Delivery fees vary depending on location and will be confirmed when your order is placed. As a home-based business, pickup is preferred and is available by appointment at no additional charge. Full pickup details will be provided once your order is confirmed.

  • Pricing is based on the number of serves, flavour, and design complexity. Our flavours page lists starting prices for each size as a guide.

    Custom decorations, sugar flowers, hand-painted details, and tiered structures all affect the final price. We'll provide a full quote once we understand your brief.

  • We offer gluten-free and dairy-free options for most of our cake flavours. Please mention any dietary requirements in your enquiry and we'll confirm what's available for your chosen design.

  • Absolutely — we love working from your vision. Share photos, colour swatches, fabric samples, or even a rough sketch. The more context you give us, the more closely we can match what you have in mind. We'll always confirm the final design with you before baking begins.

  • Yes. A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking and hold your date. The remaining balance is paid on pickup.
